Aparna Sarjapur Master Plan

The master plan will be released at launch. Aparna Sarjapur is planned as 2,024 homes on about 25 acres with a clubhouse, in 11 towers standing over two basement levels. Aparna’s WonderWoods on Kanakapura Road shows how it plans a large community, with 87% of its 14.9 acres left as open space.
