Aparna Sarjapur is the working name for Aparna Constructions’ planned community on Sarjapur Road, where the city’s technology corridor meets its most sought-after homes. It is planned as 2,024 homes on a site of about 25 acres, with a built-up area of about 4.45 lakh sq m and a clubhouse, in 11 towers of up to 23 floors over two basements, opposite Wipro’s campus. The homes are planned as 3 & 4 BHK apartments. Aparna, which has delivered more than 49.7 million sq ft for over 31,000 families since 1996, will announce configurations, prices and the master plan at launch.
